2025 A. L. Crego

Photons marked the regional debut of Spanish digital artist A.L. Crego, presented by Foundry and conceived, curated, and produced by Giuseppe Moscatello in collaboration with OMZ.

The team worked closely with the artist to translate a practice rooted in the web into a physical exhibition experience. Through an ongoing dialogue between curator and artist, Photons became an exploration of how digital works can occupy architectural space while preserving their conceptual integrity.

Bringing together Crego’s hypnotic GIF works, the exhibition investigated light, human connection, and perception, demonstrating the potential of digital art beyond the screen. Photons reflects Evolve’s commitment to supporting pioneering digital artists and creating meaningful encounters between emerging artistic practices and physical exhibition spaces.
